What we lead
Most organisations are adopting AI without anyone senior owning it. Tools arrive team by team, policy lags behind use, and the reputational risk sits with a leadership that has no clear read on what is actually happening. Faur is the board-level lead you bring in to fix that: to decide what to adopt, set the policy, run the rollout, and own the risk, so AI raises the quality and pace of the work instead of quietly creating exposure.
Faur does this work at both ends of the scale, from small charities to national infrastructure programmes. Do you build the AI tools or write the code?
No. Faur is the senior leadership and governance layer: the person who decides what to adopt, sets the policy, runs the rollout and owns the risk. Where an engagement needs ready-made AI tools and templates for a communications team, our sister brand Comms With AI provides them, and we bring that system in behind the work.
How is this different from a large consultancy's AI programme?
You deal directly with Michael MacLennan, not a team you never met at the pitch. Faur is built for organisations too careful with their reputation to hand AI adoption to a body shop, and not large enough to justify a full transformation programme or a full-time Head of AI. Senior judgement, right-sized.
