faur.site sets no advertising cookies. It uses two kinds of cookie, described below, and you can change your choice at any time.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the booking page is working. Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga that identify your browser with a random number for up to two years. They do not contain your name or email address, and we do not use them for advertising.

These cookies are set only after you choose "Allow analytics" on the bar shown on your first visit. If you choose "No thanks", or do nothing, Google Analytics runs in a mode that sets no cookies and records no identifier. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the name faur-consent, which is not a cookie and is not sent to anyone.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the bar will appear again on your next visit, or email info@faur.site and we will tell you how.

Functional cookies for booking

The booking calendar on the Faur Bearings page is provided by Cal.com, and payment is taken by Stripe. Both may set cookies that are needed to complete a booking and payment securely. They are governed by Cal.com's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy, and they are set only when you use the booking calendar.

Everything else

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the font files and sets no cookies. The contact form is handled by Formspree, which receives what you type into it and nothing else. There are no social media pixels, no advertising networks and no third-party tracking on this site.
