Faur /AI Adoption Consultation
Faur AI Adoption Consultation · £300
AI is already at work in your organisation. Is it working?
A focused, board-level consultation on putting that use on a safe footing, and getting real value from it.
- A 45-minute consultation with Michael MacLennan on how AI is being used across your organisation now, and the decision in front of you.
- An 8 to 10 page advisory note within five working days: where you stand, the priorities, and whether you need a policy, a project or a lead.
- Quick wins you can act on immediately, a clear view of the bigger moves, and an honest answer if you do not need us.
£300 is the full amount. Faur is not VAT registered, so nothing is added at checkout, and the session is booked and paid in one step.

The consultation is the most direct way to work with us on AI. Bring what is already happening: the tools people use, and the questions your board or trustees are asking. It is senior counsel without a long engagement or a large budget. Many clients use it as a standalone piece of thinking; others use it as the first step into an AI Adoption Assessment or a wider project.
“Michael’s empathy and strong grasp of our charity’s aims and challenges was impressive and validating. The follow-up document was full of really useful, practical, tailored guidance.”
Jane Hartley · Development Coordinator, Gracemount Mansion
“Our conversation clarified my aims, and the advisory note that followed set out what to consider and the order to tackle it. It helped me think clearly and get things done.”
Natasha Robinson · Founder, Hope at the Oaks
Questions, answered
What happens after I book?
You receive confirmation straight away, with a short pre-session question so the 45 minutes start at full depth. Within five working days of the session you receive your 8 to 10 page advisory note: your situation set out plainly, the priorities, and exactly what to do next.
What if people are already using AI tools?
That is a common starting point. As in the charity engagement described on our AI Adoption page, the first job is a stocktake: who uses which tool, for what, and what needs a rule now rather than later.
Can the consultation scope a bigger piece of work?
Yes, and many clients use it exactly that way. The advisory note doubles as a scoping document for an AI Adoption Assessment, a policy build or a wider programme, with no obligation to take things further.
Is it right for charities and small teams?
Yes. Recent consultations include national charities and small development trusts as well as commercial organisations. The format is designed to deliver senior counsel without a long engagement or a large budget.
Is VAT included in the £300?
There is no VAT to add. Faur is not currently VAT registered, so £300 is the full amount payable and nothing is added at checkout.
